2016 DEDICATION AND RIBBON-CUTTING CEREMONY
Pound Ridge Garden Club members gathered at the Moat Family Green rain garden on September 13, 2016 for the dedication of the rain garden and ribbon-cutting ceremony. In addition, Town Supervisor Dick Lyman was presented with a reward by Joan Goldberg, honoring the efforts he made on behalf of the project.
Debbie Benjamin, president of the garden club, welcomed everyone and made a few remarks about the history and purpose of the garden club. She then recognized Joan Goldberg for her vision and dedication to the rain garden project. Following Debbie's speech, Joan took a moment to present Dick Lyman with an Award of Appreciation and thank him for his help in making the rain garden possible.
